Note: Developers Nakheel officially cancelled this hotel project in February 2011. They announced a shopping mall would be built in its place.
The Trump International Hotel & Tower will the centrepiece of the Palm Jumeirah. The 48-storey building will house a 300-room hotel and 360 residential apartments.
Construction is expected to commence late 2006 and be completed in 2009. The hotel will be managed by the Jumeirah Group, owners and operators of the Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Beach Hotel etc.
