Dubai Golf City
Covering over 55 million square feet, Dubai Golf City will be one of the largest projects at Dubailand. The AED 6.5 billion project will include:
- 5 world-class golf courses
- A golf academy
- A 6-star resort and spa
- 18 themed golf villages with 2,750 houses and chalets
- 700 mansion and villas
Developers BENAA are anticipating that Dubai Golf City will play host to several major tournaments and establish Dubai as a major golfing destination.
Construction is expected to be completed in 2009.
