Al Qasr

This is the best place we have ever stayed. The building is so grand and beautifully furnished. The facilities are fabulous and you could just stay in this complex and have your every desire catered for. There is also free access to the Burj Al Arab at certain times if you want to make a comparison.

Everything you could possibly want is here, and the service is unbeatable!

This is a first class hotel with great service and an enormous number of personnel. We were told, there are two for every guest which was certainly reflected in the level of service. The room was enormous and absolutely immaculate, and even the corridors had a lovely aroma. We could even see the Burj Al Arab from our balcony. Many places to stay in Dubai, but I think this is difficult to beat.

We had a short break here to celebrate a special occasion. The room was beyond our wildest dreams. Spacious, spotless, massive bed, tastefully decorated, and with a bathroom containing an amazing array of toiletries. The food was fantastic, especially the breakfast, and the the staff were tremendously helpful and attentive. Well done!

Tremendous place to stay. We got a room with a sea view and the private beach was incredibly clean and the accompanying service second to none. You can get around the resort on boats which go up and down the hotel's own canal network. I would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel was really excellent. The staff are VERY friendly and helpful. There are canals all around the hotel which will ferry you round, very nice when you are going for a meal. The restaurants are excellent too, but be prepared to pay a lot of money. Pierchic was particularly expensive. The leisure facilities are good too. The pool is nice and has lots of lifeguards which means you don't have to keep your eyes on the kids and can relax a little. While you're at the pool they'll also bring you ice lollies, fruit and cold flannels. You really do feel like royalty here.
