The Amwaj Rotana opened in June 2010 at Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Residence development. The 5-star hotel is Rotana’s first beachside property and is targeted at both business and leisure travellers.

There are 301 room and suites at the Amwaj Rotana: 90 Classic Rooms, 136 Premium Rooms, 63 Club Rotana Rooms, 7 Classic Suites, 4 Club Rotana Suites, and 1 Presidential Suite.
Classic and Premium Rooms measure 42 square metres and feature a balcony, satellite TV, high speed internet access, mini-bar, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone, safe, and bathroom with walk-in shower. Premium Rooms have a direct panoramic view of the Arabian Gulf while Classic Rooms offer a side sea view.
Club Rotana Rooms offer the same specifications as Classic and Premium Rooms but offer direct access to the Club Rotana Lounge.
