Apartments
Serviced apartments in Dubai are increasingly becoming the accommodation of choice for many visitors.
They typically include many of the facilities found in the home (fully-fitted kitchen, laundry, dining room, internet access etc.) and many of the services provided by a hotel (housekeeping, security etc.).
Rates are usually cheaper than hotels, especially for long stays. Guests can also save money by buying and cooking their own food, rather than eating in expensive hotel restaurants.
Some serviced apartments are part of a hotel, while others operate independently.
Many of the most recently built serviced apartments are located in Al Barsha (near the Mall of the Emirates) and the towers at Dubai Marina. However, the largest complex is the Golden Sands Hotel Apartments in Bur Dubai.
