Situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, close to the Dubai World Trade Centre, the Conrad Dubai hotel will offer 220 guest rooms and 130 suites.

Other facilities at the hotel will include a business centre, 12 meeting rooms, a ballroom, numerous restaurants and bars, a nightclub, spa, health club and outdoor swimming pool.

The Conrad Dubai is due to open in 2008.
