The Crystal Living Courts opened at the beginning of 2008 and offer the independence of self-catering accommodation combined with hotel type services such as housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
They provide a good, value-for-money alternative to Dubai’s expensive hotels. They are available for both short and long-term rent.
96 two-bedroom apartments (100 square metres), 4 three-bedroom apartments (140 square metres) are housed in a high-rise building. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, DVD player, wireless internet access, and safe.
Guests also benefit from an allocated car parking space.
Facilities include a rooftop swimming pool, gym, and steam bath, and on-site deli offering light meals and drinks.
The Crystal Living Courts are situated in Dubai Media City, giving quick access to the Sheikh Zayed Road, the Emirates Golf Club, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Wild Wadi, and the Mall of the Emirates.
