Dusit Emirates Saray
Thai hospitality group Dusit International announced this massive development at the beginning of 2008.
The Dusit Emirates Saray will be located on the crescent of the Palm Jumeirah and will comprise:
- Dusit Thani - 5-star Morrocan-themed family resort offering 292 rooms and suites, restaurants, business centre, and shops.
- Dusit Devarana - The Dusit Devarana hotel will offer 116 rooms and suites. Facilities planned include 2 restaurants, a ballroom, spa, rooftop terrace.
- Dusit Residence - 178 unit Arabian-themed residential project comprising townhouses, apartments, and penthouses.
The resort is scheduled to open in 2010.
