The Green Lakes Serviced Apartments opened in May 2008 and offer the comforts of home and the services of a hotel.
The property consists of 2 high-rise apartment towers with 141 one-bedroom, 29 two-bedroom and 11 three-bedroom serviced apartments. It is managed by Emirates Hotels and Resorts, the hospitality division of Emirates Airline.
Each apartment features a fully-fitted kitchen, living and dining area, en-suite bathroom and balcony. Facilities include a flat screen TV with satellite channels, CD/DVD player, iPod docking station, and high-speed internet access. Rates include daily housekeeping.
Green Lakes boasts a health club with gym, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, and rooftop swimming pool. Guests also enjoy access to the spa facilities at its nearby sister property, the Harbour Hotel and Residence.
Guests not wishing make use of their kitchen can eat in the onsite New York deli-style restaurant and coffee bar. It’s open 24 hours a day.
The apartments are within easy reach of the Emirates and Montgomerie Golf Clubs, the Dubai Marina, the Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Media City, Wild Wadi, the Ibn Battuta Mall, and the Palm Jumeirah.
