The 44-storey Hilton Jumeirah Beach Residence is scheduled to open in September 2007 and will offer 371 apartments. These will range in size from 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom and will have views of the ocean. The development will be linked to the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah by a bridge.
