We wanted to try somewhere different this year and decided on Dubai as we had heard some good reports. What an excellent choice! The staff simply bent over backwards to please us. The room was gorgeous with a stunning view from the balcony. There were free gifts waiting for us eg. bottle of wine, and lots of nice little touches. Definitely worth a repeat visit. Well done.

Don't know how many people work here but the service was absolutely phenomenal and the whole place seems to be run with military precision. It was our first time in Dubai and if this experience is typical we will certainly be returning.

Fast and efficient check-in, complimentary water and cold towels, friendly and attentive staff; everything about this place was quality. Our large room had a balcony overlooking the beach and there is also a beach bar. A really amazing place to stay!

I haven't got a bad word to say about this place. We were met at the airport and dropped off there several days later and virtually everything in between was perfect. There are too many good things to say, but the service was quite exceptional.

The hotel also offers a complimentary bus to the Mall of the Emirates and the Ibn Battuta malls.

There's a lot of building work going in the Jumeirah area at the moment. Be warned.
The hotel itself is great and the restaurants lovely, especially Bice. I would love to come back here, but think I'll wait until all the building work has finished.
