InterContinental Dubai Festival City

The 5-star InterContinental Dubai Festival City hotel opened in November 2007 and offers 498 rooms and suites spread over 36 floors, each with views of the Dubai Creek or the Festival Marina. Each features high-speed internet access, a flat screen TV and DVD player.

Leisure and recreational facilities include a 26th floor bar, 25m outdoor swimming pool, children’s splash pool, sun terrace and spa. The hotel also offers numerous dining options including Japanese and Lebanese restaurants.

I was there with a couple of friends. The service and the staff are fantastic. We had the chance to visit the Eclipse bar and Anise restaurant, as well as the pool and the spa. We were blown away and the stay was very different. I would not hesitate to recommend this place or go back there.

I have plenty of good things to say about this hotel. Exceptional service, spacious clean and well appointed rooms, very good standard of food and perhaps best of all reasonably priced beer. Very convenient if you want to go to the airport as well. One small tip if you get a taxi is that it costs more from the hotel so just walk 3-4 minutes first and you'll save yourself some money.

There are lots of things to rave about in this hotel. I have stayed in Dubai on several occasions and am familiar with the standard so I am not that easily pleased. Here, however, I did not have reason to complain at all. The service was fabulous and I can endorse the whole place without any reservations.

This is a great modern hotel. The design is fantastic and the views of the Creek and the Festival Marina are superb. The customer service is fabulous as was the breakfast and there are literally hundreds of shops which are accessible without even having to go outside.

I stayed in an excellent room here which contained everything you would expect in a 5 star hotel. The leisure facilities were excellent, the view of the Creek was superb and the staff were so warm and friendly and obliging. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place.
