Kempinski Hotel One Za'abeel
The Kempinski Hotel One Za’abeel is scheduled to open in 2011.
It will be part of the massive One Za’abeel complex near the World Trade Centre roundabout; one of the most unique developments in Dubai.
The complex will consist of three towers, connected at the base by a retail area, and also at the top. But the unique feature that sets this development apart from other projects in Dubai is the highway that will run through the building.
The Kempinski Hotel will be housed in one of the towers. The other towers will be residential apartments and office space.
The hotel will offer 370 guest rooms and 133 serviced apartments. Facilities planned include meeting and conference rooms, 2 ballrooms, a spa, shopping arcade, 2 fitness centres, and a swimming pool.
