This modern 4-star hotel in Bur Dubai is one of the few hotel towers in the area.

The hotel has 2 main restaurants. Elia offers contemporary Greek cuisine while Tirquaz offers an international menu and is also the venue for breakfast. The hotel also boasts a coffee bar in the lobby.

- Barrels – Sports bar showing live events on a big screen, including the English Premiership
- Music Room – Live music venue with pool tables
- Breathers – Colonial-type bar with internet terminals
