Movenpick Dubai Pearl Hotel

This 5-star hotel is currently under construction at the Dubai Pearl mixed-use development. It will offer 760 rooms, 7 restaurants, a business centre, ballroom, gym and spa.

One unique feature of the hotel will be its observation deck. Situated at a height of 230 m it promises to provide fantastic views of the Arabian Gulf and the nearby Palm Jumeirah.

The hotel is scheduled to open in 2009.
