Nuran Marina Serviced Residences
The Nuran Marina Serviced Residences are located in one of the five Al Majara Towers at Dubai Marina. They opened in 2006 and are owned and operated by Emaar Hospitality Group, a subsidiary of Dubai property giants Emaar.
The property offers 90 serviced units, ranging from studios to three bedroom apartments. They appeal to visitors who want the comforts of home and some of the services provided by hotels.
Specifications vary but all include a fully fitted kitchen, laundry facilities, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, complimentary broadband internet access, king size bed, and work desk.
There’s a coffee shop here that serves coffees, teas and snacks throughout the day. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance at the Dubai Marina Mall and The Walk. Those who wish to cook for themselves can shop at the Waitrose store at the Dubai Marina Mall.
Other facilities at the Nuran Marina Serviced Residences include a swimming pool, gym, car park, and conference rooms.
