Premier Inn Dubai Investment Park
The Premier Inn at Dubai Investment Park opened in March 2008. It was the first hotel in the city opened by the UK budget hotel group.
The hotel is located just north of the Green Community and offers 308 rooms at extremely competitive rates.
Facilities include a restaurant, bar, coffee shop, complimentary internet access, and a rooftop swimming pool.
There are more restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance at the Green Community.
