Quattro West will be situated at Jumeirah Village and will consist of four 30-level towers, two of which will offer office space while the others will house hotel apartments and suites. A 5-storey common base will include a shopping mall, banquet hall, convention centre and business centre.

Developers of the project are Makaseb Holding. They have just appointed Sanctuary Hotels and Resorts to manage it. Completion is due for 2009. The hotel will be a 5-star property with 350 rooms. Another of the towers will house 260 deluxe hotel apartments.
