I think the thing that made this hotel for me was the excellent service. The staff were just so friendly and accommodating, you really believed that they wanted to do their best for you. Of course, everything else was of a standard that you would expect from a leading hotel chain and I would certainly stay here again.
Good business hotel with everything you need at an affordable price.
I received a free upgrade on arrival which was excellent, and the staff were extremely courteous, polite, and efficient for the whole of my stay. I didn't realise how busy this area is. There is quite a lot going on around the hotel. Most of the facilities were perfectly adequate, but the internet could be a little faster. Not bad overall though.
Great location and even better service. The room was well equipped including internet access, and the leisure facilities were also very good. Food in the hotel is ok, but you also have a nice selection of little restaurants in the same street. Wouldn't stay here for a holiday, but perfect for the business traveller.
This is an ideal place to stay especially if you are a business traveller due to its proximity to the airport. The place is clean and comfortable and has good facilities like the outdoor pool. Room service was excellent and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody on vacation. It's just about ok if you are on business, but the area it's in isn't up to much.
