I had a problem as soon as I arrived here as check in was not till 3pm officially. However, the staff were very understanding and really went out of their way to get me into my room as quickly as possible. This was a sign of things to come in terms of service and my whole stay was made immeasurably more enjoyable by the courteous, polite, and professional personnel. Well done!

Just loved it here. What a great place! A beautiful beach, lush tropical gardens, friendly attentive staff and great service. The room was also wonderful and immaculately clean. The hotel is not short of entertainment either. On one occasion when we had dinner there were some live guitarists...Really good! Hope it stays like this.
This is a good hotel. As Carl mentioned, there is a lot of construction work. The rooms are not very big, although they are very clean and immaculately decorated in Italian Stucco wall finish. The staff are very friendly and courteous, as are most people in Dubai. The hotel is situated right on the beach which is so ideal. It has an excellent outdoor swimming pool. Also I found it to be a decent family hotel. Getting into the city is a good 30 minutes plus, depending on traffic. The taxis are very cheap. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from the downtown area.
The hotel itself is very nice, but be warned that there is lots of building work going on around it at the moment. It will be fine when it's all finished.
