The Palace The Old Town

The Palace hotel opened in 2007 and is situated on the Old Town Island, part of Emaar’s Downtown Burj Dubai development.

The hotel offers 242 rooms and suites, all with balcony and wireless internet access. Standard rooms measure 550 sq ft while suites range in site from 700 to 1000 sq ft. A guest relations service area is located on every floor and each room has a butler attached.

Other facilities at the hotel include 3 restaurants, a business centre, conference rooms and a 10,000 sq ft spa.

We stayed at the hotel as a family - excellent - great rooms, excellent swimming pool and the staff were just great. If you pay a small price for an upgrade you get your own butler! The views are outstanding

This is a classy place to stay. The room was gorgeous and afforded excellent views. You received wonderful complimentary soaps and perfumes each day and they were full of nice little touches like leaving chocolates on the bed. The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for you. I would stay here again without the slightest reservation.

Excellent location and facilities. It will certainly feature high on my list of places to stay in Dubai from now on.

Great room. Apparently every one has a balcony and Wi-Fi and you could see the amazing Burj Al Arab from mine. The food was also superb and you were presented with an enormous choice. Still a few minor teething problems with one or two of the staff as the place is still quite new, but on the whole they were quite efficient and really tried their best for you. I would certainly stay here again.
