Job Description:

The Financial Accountant will form an integral part of the finance team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:-

• Periodic preparation and presentation (both written and verbal) of financial results
• Significant role in co-ordinating ad-hoc project as requested by management and customers
• Preparation and timely submission of statutory finance reports
• Monitor financial reporting processes and devise improvements in quality and efficiency of reporting
• Assist with management of accounts assistants and review of their work

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Confident personality able to communicate with upper management, external auditors and other service providers
• Deadline oriented individual
• An internationally recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CA or equivalent)
• Finance related degree is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel skills
• Flexible with good attitude to overtime where required
