Job Description:

Our clients require Technical Analysts to form part of a team which oversees IT projects and technical support. The ideal candidate will have experience of a range of IT solutions and be very adaptable.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Plan projects and take a key role in overseeing the introduction and troubleshooting of new systems
• Co-ordinate the testing of new desktop applications and hardware
• Provide support to desktop users

Requirements:

• Relevant IT experience (5 yrs + ideally)
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Windows 2000/XP and other MS applications
• Microsoft or other industry standard certifications
• Experience of Citrix Presentation Server is a plus
• Ability to solve problems
• Candidates with a degree level education in Computer Science or equivalent will be given special consideration
