Our Client, a leading financial organisation is seeking qualified candidates to apply for their Senior Quality Assurance Manager role.

Duties include:

• This is a senior management role which exists to manage Quality of all Technical and Infrastructure projects in adherence to QMS Policies & Procedures
• To provide management and leadership to the QA team
• To provide mentorship, training and guidance to the entire team
• Customer satisfaction management
• Project Management with Software Development (Planning, Costing, Risk, etc) training
• Identify areas that require improvement
• Monitor Change Management
• Manage Quality control
• Compile monthly reports and system availability reports every month
• Work with Project Managers to assist them with compliance with Quality Assurance Indicators

Requirements:

• 10-15 years experience minimum
• Quality Management system (QMS)
• Six sigma
• Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
