An international financial organization invites experienced and suitably qualified CRM Managers to apply for this exciting role.
Duties include:
• Management of CRM applications including but not limited to Call centre applications, Sales force automation, Benefits fulfillment, Complaints management
• Responsible for infrastructure, human resources, financials, security, architecture, projects and outsourcing
• Management of requirements gathering, design, develop, test and implement CRM projects
• Project Management of the team responsible for the life cycle of CRM applications
Requirements:
• Critical knowledge of CRM areas such as complaint, interaction and leads management, sales pipeline, sales force automation, and forecasting.
• Vital - Experience in CRM implementation
• 3 years of Management experience is a must
• Minimum of 12 years experience is required
