A large contracting business invites suitably qualified individuals to apply for three Construction Manager roles in Dubai.

Duties include:

• Control and coordinate activities of several projects in conjunction with the respective project management team
• Meet with project management to discuss projects concerning financial performance, shortfalls, work deficiencies and quality control concerns in order to ensure that future schedules and weekly performance requirements are communicate
• Synchronization between all agencies concerned in order to achieve continuous progress
• Maintain the pace of the project without compromising on quality at any stage.
• Conclude the project on required targets whilst complying with Quality &Safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Degree from a recognized tertiary institution
• 12 – 15 years experience (infrastructure projects - highways, bridges, etc.)
