A highly recognized leading contracting outfit in the Gulf region seeks an energetic individual to join this esteemed organization as a Deputy Human Resources Manager

Duties include:

• The role would involve working closely with the Group HR Manager to support and implement HR initiatives for the Group.
• Areas of work would include general administration, recruitment, performance appraisals, training and development, employee relations, talent management and retention and interface with HR operations

Requirements:

• Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources
• Minimum 5-years of experience in a senior level
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
• Experience in Construction Industry would be an advantage
