Dubai Investment Park (DIP) is a mixed-use development close to Jebel Ali. It covers an area of 32 million square metres and includes industrial, commercial, residential, and education zones.

Hotels
Marriott have two hotels at the Green Community; the Marriott Executive Apartments and the Courtyard by Marriott.
In 2007 budget hotel group Premier Inn opened their first hotel outside the UK at Dubai Investment Park. The 308-room property is situated just north of the Green Community.
Real Estate
The Green Community and Green Community West are residential developments by Union properties. Villas, townhouses, and apartments are all available.
Shopping
The Green Community has its own shopping centre, The Market. The Ibn Battuta Mall is also nearby.
Attractions & Entertainment
There’s a 21-screen cinema at the Ibn Battuta Mall and 2 golf courses at Emirates Hills.
Schools
The Children’s Garden is a bilingual nursery based at the Green Community. There are more schools nearby in Emirates Hills and Jebel Ali.
