Dubai Investments Park (DIP) is a mixed-use development close to Jebel Ali. It covers an area of 32 million square metres and includes industrial, commercial, residential, and education zones.
Hotels
Marriott have two hotels at the Green Community; the Marriott Executive Apartments and the Courtyard by Marriott.
In 2008 budget hotel group Premier Inn opened their first hotel outside the UK here. The 308-room hotel is situated just north of the Green Community.
Real Estate
The Green Community and Green Community West feature villas, townhouses, and apartments while Ewan Residences consists of small apartment buildings offering one and two-bedroom apartments.
Shopping
Both the Green Community and Ewan Residences feature community malls, The Market and Souq Extra respectively.
The Ibn Battuta Mall is also nearby.
Schools
Schools at Dubai Investments Park include the Greenfield Community School (IB) and the Nibras International School (US).
