Dubai MotorCity

MotorCity is a mixed-use project in Dubailand themed around man’s fascination with the automobile. It includes residential, entertainment, retail and business components. The master developer is Union Properties.

Hotels

Hotels planned include the 250-room Courtyard by Marriott Dubai MotorCity and the 356-room Renaissance Dubai MotorCity.

Real Estate – Green Community MotorCity and Uptown MotorCity

The Green Community and Uptown MotorCity will offer more than 3,000 freehold properties. Studios, 1 to 3 bedroom apartments, townhouses, family villas, bungalows and luxury villas are available. Both developments are due for completion in 2009.

Shopping

The Business Park will be feature retail and auto commercial districts. Projects include the Auto Mall, a 38-storey office tower with 3-level car showroom.

Attractions & Entertainment

Attractions include the Dubai Autodrome (open) and F1-X, a theme park inspired by Formula One racing (due 2009).
