Dubai Promenade

The Dubai Promenade is a development by Nakheel currently under construction just east of the Dubai Marina. Built on an artificial peninsular it will be home to approximately 10,000 people when finished in 2011.

Land reclamation work was completed in March 2008.

Hotels

The centrepiece of the project will be a 5-star wheel-shaped hotel, a unique structure even by Dubai’s standards. A smaller boutique hotel is also planned.

Real Estate – Apartment Towers

8 luxury residential apartment towers are being built:

The Channel Towers - Al Shimal, Suheili and Al Gharbi
The Marina Towers - Safeena, Fulq and Sarieh
The Beach Towers - Douj and Heirrat

Sales commenced in January 2008.

Shopping

The Promenade Retail Link will offer over 26,000 square metres of indoor retail space.

There will be easy access to the Marina Walk at Dubai Marina, and the Ibn Battuta Mall is just a few minutes drive away.

Attractions & Entertainment

The Waterfront will run the entire length of the Promenade and offer many restaurants and cafes. There will also be a 70-berth marina here.

Nearby there’s a 21-screen cinema at the Ibn Battuta Mall and 2 golf courses at Emirates Hills.
