Emirates Hills is a planned community developed by Emaar with a number of sub-communities; The Springs, The Lakes, The Meadows, The Views and the Greens.

The area is tastefully landscaped and is convenient for those working in Dubai Internet and Media Cities.

Hotels

The Montgomerie golf club offers 21 boutique guest rooms in its clubhouse. Other places to stay include the Nuran Greens Serviced Residences.

Real Estate – Villas and Apartments

The Greens offers modern low-rise residential apartment buildings with studios and 1-3 bedroom apartments. Adjacent to the Greens, the Views offers several mid-rise and high-rise apartment buildings (Mosela, The Fairways, Turia, Arno, Travo, Tanaro, Golf Towers, and The Links).

The Lakes, The Meadows and The Springs contain villas.

Shopping

Spinneys supermarkets are at The Springs and The Meadows, while Choithram have branches at The Greens and The Lakes. More choice can be found nearby at the Ibn Battuta Mall or Mall of the Emirates.

Attractions & Entertainment

There are 2 golf clubs within Emirates Hills; the Montgomerie and the Emirates Golf Club. Each of the communities also has a recreation area with swimming pool.

There are cinemas at the Ibn Battuta Mall and the Mall of the Emirates. The latter is also home to Ski Dubai.

Schools

Schools in Emirates Hills include the Dubai British School at The Springs, Emirates International School at The Meadows, Regent International School at the Greens, and Dubai International Academy at the Lakes.
