Jumeirah Islands is a residential community between Jumeirah Park and Emirates Hills. Developers Nakheel claim that it is the world’s largest inland man-made islands community.
Real Estate - Villas
More than 700 four and five bedroom villas are arranged in 50 clusters, surrounded by lakes, water features, and greenery. Each villa has its own swimming pool and garden.
Community facilities include play areas, cycle and jogging trails, and supermarket.
Construction work began in 2003, with handover of the villas taking place in 2006.
