Jumeirah Lake Towers
Jumeirah Lake Towers is a massive mixed-use freehold development on Sheikh Zayed Road, between the Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Heights. It consists of 87 towers grouped around 4 artificial lakes (Almas East, Almas West, Elucio, and Allure). The total development covers an area of 1.35 million square feet.
The master developer is Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority.
The Towers
Jumeirah Lake Towers consists of:
- 26 clusters of 3 towers (78 in total) - east cluster includes two towers of the same size and one 5 floors taller (due for completion 2008)
- Almas Tower – 65 storey centrepiece tower (due for completion 2008)
- 8 towers on the Jumeirah Lake Towers Embankment (due for completion 2010)
Hotels
Several of the towers will offer hotel accommodation:
- Laguna Tower – 40 storey tower operated by Movenpick Hotels and Resorts
- Bonnington Tower – 40 storey tower with 208 hotel rooms (and 272 apartments)
- Anantara Hotel & Spa – 256 hotel rooms and 208 serviced apartments
