Jumeirah Park is a residential development by Nakheel located between Discovery Gardens and Jumeirah Islands. The project was launched in 2006.

Real Estate – Villas

Almost three thousand 3, 4 and 5 bedroom villas are spread over 350 hectares. All will offer gardens, terraces, and double garages.

Facilities planned include children’s play areas, tennis courts, walking and cycling trails, schools, and a community centre with bank, post office, café, shopping centre and restaurants.

Nakheel claim that handover of the villas will commence in 2009.
