Jumeirah Village is a residential and commercial development situated between Emirates Hills and Dubai Sports City. The developers are Nakheel and Limitless.

Covering an area of more than 800 hectares it is anticipated that Jumeirah Village will have a population of more than 100,000. The masterplan includes villas, townhouses and apartments.
At the beginning of 2008, little work other than groundwork and infrastructure had been started.
