Umm Suqeim is home to some of Dubai’s most luxurious and famous hotels. The Burj Al Arab, Madinat Jumeirah (Mina A' Salam), and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel are all here.

Virtually all properties in the Umm Suqeim are villas. Rents are high.
Shopping
The Souk Madinat Jumeirah lies at the southern end of Umm Suqeim and there’s a Choithram supermarket on Al Wasl Road. The Mall of the Emirates and Lulu Hypermarket in Al Barsha are nearby.
Attractions & Entertainment
The Wild Wadi Water Park is next to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. More entertainment options are close by at the Mall of the Emirates (Ski Dubai, Magic Planet, the CineStar cinema).
Schools
The Emirates International School and Kings Dubai are both popular international schools.
