Cirque du Soleil to get permanent home in Dubai

Nakheel has signed a deal that will give the Cirque du Soleil a permanent home at the Palm Jumeirah. The Dubai-based property developer will build an 1800-seat theatre for the circus that enjoyed a 2-month stint at the Ibn Battuta mall earlier this year. Opening is scheduled for 2010.
