Dubai Duty Free, the tax-free shopping haven at the airport, will celebrate its 23rd birthday on December 20 by offering shoppers a whopping 23% discount on purchases. The promotion coincides with the start of the Dubai Shopping Festival. The company began its anniversary discount offer in 2003, marking its 20th anniversary with a 20% discount.
