Emirates announces flights to Newcastle

Emirates Airline has announced it will begin daily non-stop flights from Dubai to Newcastle in the United Kingdom on September 1 2007. It will be Newcastle’s first scheduled long-haul route. The airline already operates flights to four UK cities (Manchester, London, Glasgow and Birmingham).
