Mirdif residential development completed
September 7th, 2009Dubai Properties Group today announced the completion of a residential development in Mirdif.
Shorooq covers and area of 8 million square feet and features:
• 668 villas – 180 four bedroom villas, 252 three bedroom villas, and 236 two bedroom villas
• 1,428 apartments – 840 one bedroom apartments, 504 two bedroom apartments and 84 studios
The development offers easy access to Rashidiya Metro Station, Dubai International Airport, Uptown Mirdif, and the Mirdif City Centre shopping mall.
Salwan Property Management, a subsidiary company of Dubai Properties Group, will manage and lease properties at Shorooq.

Dubai properties did a very good job at shorooq Community especially interior designing quit species and comfortable for one family
Only one thing is missing in the Shooroq Community is Mosque, we are expecting at least two Mosque, because it is almost covers 8 million square feet of area and lot of Muslim families struggling to go for pray out side the premises to perform pray (Sala)
Expecting from management to look on my personnel opinion may be other people also having same opinion & View.

Really sad to know that there are no mosque / masjid in that community. I was planning to move there, but did not do so because of that. thanks and regards.
