Movenpick Bur Dubai Residences Opening in 2007

Kingdom Hotel Investments, a Dubai-based leading hotel investment company, has purchased the building next to its Movenpick Bur Dubai hotel for US $24.9 million. The company plans to convert the building into serviced apartments named the Movenpick Bur Dubai Residences.

The Movenpick Bur Dubai Residences will offer 63 serviced hotel apartments, swimming pool and gym and will open in the first quarter of 2007.
