Palm Jumeirah Villas Complete

Nakheel has announced the completion of the first properties on its ambitious Palm Jumeirah project. 500 residents will receive the keys to their villas at the end of November. The remaining villas will be handed over in stages, with the last batch of completion certificates issued in June 2007.
