In March 2008 it signed an agreement with Tatweer to develop an amusement park in Dubailand.

Tatweer, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, says the theme park at Dubailand will not be affected by the development.

The highlight will be a 5 million square feet development at Dubailand. Work is expected to commence on the Dubailand project in 2009.
