The residential component of Downtown Burj Dubai should be complete by late 2007. Homes go on sale on July 7 2007. The Old Town will have approximately 1,500 residential units spread over 6 quarters (Yansoon, Zaafaran, Reehan, Zanzebeel, Kamoon and Miska).
