The Dubai Pearl is a mixed-used development overlooking the Palm Jumeirah and within the Dubai Media and Technology Freezone.
The $3 billion mixed-used development covers an area of 15 million square feet. It consists of 4 towers, each with 67 floors, joined at the top.
