The Dubai Pearl
This mixed-use development is currently under construction and is situated between the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Internet City. The circular development is a freehold zone, meaning that foreign buyers can purchase residences here.
A retail and entertainment area will be situated at the heart of the development and will include:
- Dubai Pearl Mall –3-level shopping mall with 1.2 million square feet of retail space
- Royal Hall – 1,800 seat performing arts venue
- Art Galleria – 100,000 square feet of exhibition space
Surrounding and connected to the retail and entertainment area will be:
- 6 residential towers – including the Mahara Tower, Lulwa Tower and Jumana and Tower
- 3 luxury hotel towers - including the Dubai Pearl Hotel
- 2 office towers
The project is being developed by the Omnix Group.
