Pentominium

On completion, the Pentominium at Dubai Marina, will stand at 618 metres and be the tallest residential skyscraper in the world and the second tallest building in the world (after the Burj Dubai).

The developers, Trident International Holdings, are aiming to create the most luxurious apartments in the world. Each apartment will occupy either half, or an entire floor of the 124-storey building. Features in each residence will include a private entry foyer, keyless entry system, and separate maid’s room.

Facilities will include a lounge, outdoor and indoor pools, observation lounge, spa, fitness centre, squash courts, and private theatre.

The Pentominium will be located at the northern end of the Dubai Marina, close to the Dubai International Marine Club and a number of 5 star hotels (Le Meridien Mina Seyahi, Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi, Grosvenor House etc.).
