Dubai World Cup 2008
The Dubai World Cup is the finale of a series of races held at the world’s richest race meeting. Total prize money up for grabs on the day is US $21 million, with $6 million in prize money for the Dubai World Cup race alone.
The race takes place at the Nad Al Sheba Racecourse and usually attracts around 50,000 spectators. Generous prizes for the best-dressed ladies and best hat ensures the crowd look pretty good too.
In 2010 the event will relocate to a new course at the Meydan development.

Expect to see lots of beautiful women in expensive designer outfits. It's worth a visit even if you don't like horse racing.
