The Discovery Gardens Pavilion is a community shopping mall, located in the Discovery Gardens area of Dubai.
The mall features a variety of shops and restaurants. It is also home to several businesses, including a foreign currency exchange, nursery, and hairdressers.
It is a popular destination for residents of Discovery Gardens and surrounding areas, offering a convenient and comfortable place to shop, dine and relax.

- Carrefour Market – Grocery store offering a variety of products including fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, bread, pastries, and more. Aims to provide customers with the freshest food at the most affordable prices.
- Tim Horton’s – Tim Horton’s is a coffee chain that originated in Canada. It is best known for its coffee and doughnuts, but the menu also includes a variety of other breakfast and lunch items.
- Aster Pharmacy – In addition to traditional prescription services, Aster Pharmacy offers a wide range of health and beauty products, as well as expert advice from qualified pharmacists.
- V Perfumes – Branded perfumes at competitive prices.
- Medcare Medical Centre – Clinic offering a range of services including paediatrics, ENT, dermatology, gynaecology, orthopaedics, dentistry, and physiotherapy.
- Arabian Grill – Restaurant.
- PetWorld – Pet shop.
- Jebel Ali Village Nursery – Nursery following the British curriculum.
- Burger King – Burger King’s menu features a wide variety of items, including burgers, chicken, salads, and desserts. While their burgers are the main attraction, their chicken sandwiches are also very popular. The Whopper is Burger King’s signature sandwich, and it has been on the menu since 1957.
- Desco – Premier printing company offering a wide range of services to its clients. From business cards and flyers to posters and banners, Desco can print just about anything you need. Plus, with their state-of-the-art equipment, you can be sure that your prints will be of the highest quality.
- Aster Opticals – Opticians offering the latest eyewear products; contact lenses, sunglasses, and spectacles.
- Baskin Robbins – Baskin Robbins is one of the world’s largest chains of ice cream specialty shops. Founded in 1945 by two ice cream lovers, Baskin Robbins has long been known for its wide selection of flavours and unique ice cream creations. While the company offers a variety of classic ice cream flavours, it also regularly introduces new and innovative flavours to keep customers coming back for more. In addition to its signature ice cream, Baskin Robbins also offers a wide range of frozen desserts, including milkshakes, smoothies, and even yogurt.
- Tito Brothers – Gents salon offering high-quality hair care services.
- Aurum – Arabic restaurant.
- Federal Exchange – One of the leading foreign currency exchange services in Dubai. Other services provided include bank transfers, personal money transfers, and trade remittances.
Discovery Gardens Pavilion is located on Street 7 in the Discovery Gardens development in Dubai. The car park offers plenty of parking spaces. Parking is free for customers.
The retail centre is right next to Discovery Gardens Metro Station. The station is on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro.
