This 24-screen cinema enjoys a great location within the Mall of the Emirates, one of the best known shopping malls in Dubai.
A massive redevelopment in 2015 saw the introduction of several new viewing experiences.
Theatre is a luxury cinema with an elegant private lounge and special menu.
VOX 4DX screenings offer an enhanced cinematic experience. Motion simulators attached to the seats follow the action on the screen. Special equipment add effects such as scents, wind, and lighting.
VOX Kids are screenings for children. The theatres offer a bright interior, colourful seating, and party rooms.
The IMAX theatre here offers the latest laser projection system.
VOX Cinemas Mall of the Emirates is situated on Level 2 of the mall. There’s a row of restaurants opposite the cinema (Yo! Sushi, Dean & Deluca, Eat Greek, Din Tai Fung etc.).
Other leisure options at the mall include the Magic Planet children’s entertainment centre, Ski Dubai, and the Dubai Community Theatre and Art Centre.
The cinema and mall are easy to reach by public transport. Take any Red Line train to the Mall of the Emirates Metro Station.
The cinema was previously known as the CineStar Cinema Mall of the Emirates.
VOX Cinemas also has theatres at Nakheel Mall, City Centre Deira, the Grand Hyatt, City Centre Mirdif, City Centre Al Shindagha, BurJuman, and the Mercato Mall.
